Last Updated: June 24, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility
Welcome to Vocal Archive ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website and web-based audio utilities, you ("User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1.1 Age Requirement and Children's Privacy: You must be at least 18 years of age, or have obtained explicit parental or guardian consent to use this Service. Furthermore, we do not knowingly collect personal information, analytics, or cookies from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13 years of age, you are strictly prohibited from using this Service.
2. Description of Service
Vocal Archive provides a suite of free, web-based audio utilities. This includes, but is not limited to, instrument tuners, acoustic analysers, metronomes, media converters, and specific third-party downloaders. Our tools are designed for personal, non-commercial use to assist with recreational music practice and audio management.
3. No Account Required
Vocal Archive operates entirely without user accounts. You do not need to register, create an account, or provide personal credentials to use our core utilities. Because we do not use accounts, we do not store user profiles, login histories, or passwords.
4. Local Processing and Device Permissions
4.1 Microphone Access: Several of our tools require access to your device's microphone. We do not record, store, or transmit your audio data. All microphone audio is processed strictly locally within your web browser in real-time.
4.2 File Conversions: When using tools like our media converters, the processing is performed ephemerally. We do not permanently host, save, or claim any ownership over the files you convert.
5. User Conduct and Acceptable Use
You agree to use Vocal Archive only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Engaging in any activity that violates any local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Infringing upon the intellectual property rights, copyrights, or privacy of others.
- Attempting to hack, destabilize, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Using automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to interact with the Service without our explicit written permission.
- Using our tools to distribute malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
6. Intellectual Property and Feedback
6.1 Our Intellectual Property: The design, layout, graphics, text, source code, and overall "look and feel" of Vocal Archive are the exclusive property of Vocal Archive and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, decompile, reverse-engineer, or distribute our tools or site assets without prior permission.
6.2 Injunctive Relief: You acknowledge that any actual or threatened breach of our intellectual property rights or acceptable use policy will constitute immediate, irreparable harm to Vocal Archive for which monetary damages would be an inadequate remedy, and that injunctive relief is an appropriate remedy for such breach.
6.3 Unsolicited Idea Submission: If you send us feedback, suggestions, feature requests, or any other ideas regarding the Service, you agree that your submissions automatically become the property of Vocal Archive, without any compensation or obligation to you, and we may use them for any purpose whatsoever.
7. Privacy and Data Collection
7.1 Governing Policy: Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Since we do not require accounts and process sensitive data locally, our data collection is generally limited to standard website analytics and cookies. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
7.2 Cross-Border Data Transfer: By accessing and using Vocal Archive, you explicitly consent to the transfer, processing, and storage of your network data and analytics in our operating jurisdictions (including India), regardless of your country of residence or local data protection laws (such as GDPR or CCPA).
8. Third-Party Links, Integrations, and Ads
Vocal Archive may contain links to third-party websites, services, or advertisements that are not owned or controlled by us. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, practices, or products of any third-party sites or advertisers. You acknowledge and agree that Vocal Archive shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any such third-party content or purchases made through third-party ads.
9. Copyright Policy (DMCA)
Vocal Archive respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you are a copyright owner and believe that any feature of our Service facilitates the infringement of your copyrights, please submit a formal takedown notice to our contact email below, including a detailed description of the copyrighted work, the specific tool/URL in question, and your contact information.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
10.1 "As Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Vocal Archive expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and non-infringement.
10.2 No Professional Advice: Our tools (including tuners and acoustic analysers) are provided for recreational and personal practice purposes only. They do not constitute professional musical, technical, or legal advice. We do not warrant that our tools will be 100% accurate, and we are not liable for any professional or financial damages resulting from your reliance on the accuracy of these tools.
10.3 Malicious Payload Disclaimer: Vocal Archive acts only as a conduit for certain file operations and does not guarantee that third-party files are free of viruses, malware, or malicious payloads. You download and convert data at your own absolute risk, and Vocal Archive shall not be liable for any hardware damage or data corruption.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vocal Archive, its affiliates, directors, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or inability to use the Service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vocal Archive from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use of the Service, or a breach of these Terms or third-party copyrights.
13. Governing Law, Arbitration, and Statute of Limitations
13.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court.
13.3 Class-Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
13.4 Statute of Limitations: You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
14. Miscellaneous Boilerplate
14.1 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
14.2 Non-Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
14.3 Force Majeure: Vocal Archive shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, cyberattacks, server failures, or ISP outages.
15. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes your consent to abide by the modified Terms.
16. Special Terms: Starmaker Downloader
